Danny K. Agai has a broad range of experience handling all aspects of consumer bankruptcy matters. As a bankruptcy practitioner for almost a decade, he has helped numerous clients navigate the complex and dynamic landscape of consumer bankruptcy law.
Danny’s practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation. He specializes in representing debtors in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
Danny received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2005 and his Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2009.
In addition to being a member of the State Bar of California, Danny is also admitted to practice before the U.S District Court, Central District of California.
